Our Mixed Oyster Mushrooms Box contains a selection of oyster mushroom varieties. Depending on the season, different types are available throughout the year.
The box contains grey, yellow, pink, and black pearl oyster mushrooms.
Oyster mushrooms are best kept refrigerated. They will last for 5 to 7 days. We recommend cooking and eating your oyster mushrooms within a few days for the best flavour!
